BASK Championships 2018
A small squad of 4 went to the BASK Championships held at Brunel University on Sunday 22nd April. Sensei Loredana took Silver in Ladies Kata 18-35yrs old. Sensei Shyam took Gold in Men's Kata 35yrs +. Zarah attended her first competition and put in a solid performance on the mat. Shankar lost to a very experienced fighter but learnt a lot from the day. Onward and upwards. You never lose in karate, only learn.
